1. What we provide

LLModel.com provides information about large language models, comparisons, calculators and other tools, guides, a newsletter, contests and a service that can connect you with independent implementation partners. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

2. Information, not advice

Content on this site is general information. It isn't legal, financial, security, procurement or other professional advice. Model prices, limits, licenses and capabilities change often; always confirm them with the provider before you rely on them. Tool results are estimates based on the inputs and assumptions shown. See our disclaimer.

3. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or probe it, no scraping at a scale that harms performance, no spam or false information through our forms, no impersonation and nothing unlawful. Reasonable automated access for search indexing and personal research is fine.

4. Your submissions

You're responsible for what you send us and confirm that you have the right to send it. Contest entries are covered by the contest's official rules. By sending a correction, suggestion or listing request, you allow us to use it to improve the site. Please don't send confidential, health or financial information through our forms.

5. Partner introductions

If you ask to be introduced to implementation partners, they're independent businesses. We don't provide their services, aren't party to any agreement you make with them and don't guarantee their work. Check any partner's qualifications, terms and fit before you engage them. A partner may pay us a referral fee if you hire them.

6. Intellectual property

The text, data compilation, tools, design and code of LLModel.com belong to LLModel.com or its licensors. You may link to any page, quote short passages with credit and a link, and use tool results in your own work. Other copying, republishing or bulk reuse of our content or data needs our written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners; see the trademark and copyright notice.

7. Third-party content, links and ads

We link to and embed content from other websites, including provider documentation and YouTube videos, and we show ads. We don't control third-party content and aren't responsible for it. Ads and sponsorships aren't endorsements.

8. Contributions and payments

Reader contributions are voluntary, aren't tax-deductible and don't buy any service, ranking or influence. Paid listings and sponsorships are governed by the details we confirm with you in writing before payment. Payments are handled by third-party processors under their own terms.

9. No warranty

We work hard to keep content accurate and current, but the site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, LLModel.com isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the site, its tools or any partner you contact through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
